Proposed: Self-closing gate Create flat area before and after gate lower than field level. Gate hinged on left, opening into field (towards per photo) 1.0m Oak five bar gate Self-closing adjustable hinges (Eliza Tinsley) Trombone style latch 150x150 Oak hinge post, carved 100x100 Oak slam posts Step to lowered flat gate entry area, reclaimed hardwood railway sleeper. Post and rail to prevent trip/fall hazard to lowered gate entry area.

Existing: Steps, poor repair, several risers missing, no handrail

Proposed: Replace steps with new timber and upright restraints Install new posts and handrails

Proposed: Self-closing gate, hinged on right, opening into field behind (per photo) 1.2m metal gate with forged woodpecker and ivy motif Self-closing hinges 150x150 Oak hinge post, carved 200x100 Oak slam post (for footpath gate and field gate) Make good areas previously occupied by kissing gate enclosure (fencing or hedging as required).
